Youth House League
House hockey is geared for those players who have moved beyond basic skating / learn to play hockey fundamentals. This program is for the recreational player including those who may not be ready to join a travel hockey for various reasons. We recommend additional learn to skate classes in addition to House Hockey for those that are planning to take it to the next level.
Ages
8U to 14U
Players will be segmented on ice based on size and skill by our volunteer coaches.
Where
Kent State University Ice Arena
650 Loop Rd, Kent, OH
When
Twice per week at KSU, dates and times TBD (start mid-August). Register on "Youth Travel" page.
Jerseys
Supplied by Tri-County Hockey Association
Extra Costs
Costs cover ice time, volunteer coaching, practice style jersey.
USA Hockey player registration is required before registering.
Optional: Ask our equipment manager (cyclonesequip@hotmail.com) for options to borrow equipment to differ the costs (limited to availability, and must be returned after player grows out - or added charges will apply to replace)
